Activity #1: Texture

Texture is an important part of how we draw realistically, by using value and lines we can create texture to make natural looking objects or nature scenes. 

Step #1: Watch this video

Step #2: Try for yourself

In your sketchbook draw four boxes. Choose an item from the table and try to draw the texture of the item. 

Step #3: If you have extra time . . . 

Option #1: Try drawing more textures of more objects
Option #2: Try drawing one whole object and add the texture to it
